- More for protection from infantry weapons
- 1 Infantry Bay (1 ton = 1 squad)
- Seating is collapsable into the floor in order to accommodate 1 ton of cargo
- Seating can be arranged to handle an infantry squad or for evacuating multiple casualties
- 1 Paramedic Equipment ("dead" weight in Engine and Controls is more than enough room) (0.25 tons)
- Bat-zero-h = Bat Outta Hell
- Can be folded down and stored in any dropship's cargo bay - doesn't require vehicle bays
- All Crimson Lancers dropships capable of carrying ground units carry at least two.
- 1 Pilot and 1 crewman in the bay (Carries a heavy man-portable weapon and acts as the medic)
