  • Independent unit with own Quarter Master personnel and facilities
  • Members usually rotate through, leaving and returning to their original units after 1-5 year rotations. There are exceptions
  • Multi-disciplinary - includes all branches of military including reserves, navy, civil defense, and intelligence service
  • Becomes the Experimental Combat Division with 3 brigades after Operation Osiris - 1st (orginal ECB), 2nd (Clan Crimson Hawk), 3rd (Opposing Force)
