Experimental Combat Brigade
Not really a brigade per se Size varies constantly Can take temporary command of other units for use in exercises Tough to get into Try anything that might give you an edge, regardless of the downside - from sharp-sticks to nukes Experimental designs as well as tactics Creative thinkers only - outside the box - challenge assumptions and preconceptions Independent unit with own Quarter Master personnel and facilities Members usually rotate through, leaving and returning to their original units after 1-5 year rotations. There are exceptions Multi-disciplinary - includes all branches of military including reserves, navy, civil defense, and intelligence service Becomes the Experimental Combat Division with 3 brigades after Operation Osiris - 1st (orginal ECB), 2nd (Clan Crimson Hawk), 3rd (Opposing Force)
